Sunday Service @ 9:30am | Sunday Bible Study @ 11:15am
8310 MacArthur Blvd. Vancouver, WA
As a community, we believe the unconditional love of God has the power to change lives. We share our faith in order to point to that healing love’s presence in the world. Each of us have our own story of faith to share. For some, our faith has been the foundation that has sustained us through rocky roads and relationships. For others, our story is yet to unfold as we have felt the dead ended isolation of not fitting in, or being different from who people expect us to be. At Immanuel Lutheran Church, we welcome you to come as you are, share where you’re at, and journey with us into the future God has in store for us as individuals and as a community. With Christ as the center of our community, we:•Welcome the diversity of all people•Proclaim the gospel of love and forgiveness•Serve the community’s needs•Care for people in their joys and concerns•Grow people’s relationships with God

They employ and train local health care professionals and rely on the generosity of others to build resource-efficient facilities without sacrificing the care of patients. The organization has solely focused on improving health care in Tanzania for the past 10 years and currently operates the largest nursing school in the country and recently opened the doors to Phase 1 of a new pediatric AIDS hospital that will eventually serve as a training facility for pediatricians across Eastern Africa. Paula and Denny Lofstrom, the Founders, recently returned to speak at Immanuel Lutheran Church and continue our long history of support and partnership. Now the people of Immanuel are forming a team to travel to Tanzania to volunteer for 10 days with International Health Partners and learn more about what they're doing and how we can increase our support. Please support our mission trip by attending a fund raising event, giving to Go Fund Me, or contact us at 360-694-3661 to explore more ideas. Go to IHPTZ.org for more information.
